  Keg we ordered early last Saturday turned out to be all foam. Before driving it to our home, we had securly tightend it to reduce any shaking but when we got home, foam. So we thought we let the keg sit for a couple hours, few hours go by and the keg is still all foam, by this time the place is closed so we cannot call them to get an exchange. It’s now Saturday night and the keg Is still spewing foam. Mind you, we didn’t pump that tap more than once per test. And there’s not much we can do with a foamy keg. Of course people still went to grab a cup full of foam so by the end of the night there’s approximately 60% of a keg left. We go back that coming Thursday to return the keg and get our deposit back. As the gentleman was taking the keg out the back of the car, I mentioned that it was foamy but it wasn’t a big deal. I then spoke to the manager to inform her of the situation, but instead of being empathetic, she began raising her voice and gaining a temper. 10 minutes go by of her and the other male manager yelling for not calling them that Monday simply because I asked if there was anything they could do for us since we did not drink much of the keg. To my surprise , both managers were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I live and Hoboken and to think a business would disrespect a member of the community like that is a little disheartening. I’ve never encountered something like this in my 5 years of living here. It’s a shame. Already told members of the community about this , hope they can improve their customer service next time something like this happens.

  I love this place. First it is a drive through - how cool is that? You don't have to worry about parking. They have a huge inventory and very helpful staff. Since it is a drive through, you can buy it and put it right in your car. So easy...so fast...so convenient. Highly Recommend!!!
